In 1977 Bing Crosby sat down to record what would be his last album, “Seasons.” On the album he chose to include songs with a theme from each time of year winter, spring, summer, and fall. He also included the Charles Aznavour penned song, that was translated into English by Herbert Kretzmer, “Yesterday When I Was Young.” Originally this song was made famous in America by “Hee Haw’s” bluegrass/country legend Roy Clark.
